Remove old finishes, sand warped boards flat and renovate floor to finish you require. Because of its casing the FLOOR sander cannot sand an area of approx 3" (80mm) around the edge of a room, for this the EDGING sander is used. Used with edging sander a stunning finish ready for sealing is achieved.
